This is such an adorable 1930s blouse!  Lightweight silk with a blue and yellow plaid print.  It has short puff sleeves and a peaked waist.  There is a laced ribbon on the front.  It slips on over the head with no side or back opening other than a keyhole opening at the back of the neck, so your measurements must be smaller than those of the blouse.  It is meant to be a relaxed fit and to be worn with high-waisted pants/skirts.

Condition: Overall excellent.  The blouse shows light, normal wear.  The only things to note are a couple of extremely tiny pinholes (barely seen even when head in front of a bright light; not seen when worn).  The laced ribbon is slightly uneven; this may be a homemade addition.
